That's an article from when it was first emerging. Having used it myself in conjunction w/ M4OHN, I think it is a good compound for LEAN muscle and mild strength. I used the Methyl Dien @6mg per day and the M4OHN @ 12mg per day for 3 weeks to round out a cycle. I felt my strength increased as I lost inches in my stomach/waist area. At first they thought it would be a bulking agent, but I now believe it's a great addition to any cutter cycle. I would say a good dose is between 6-12mg per day.
