I'm pretty sure the 4ad wasn't the cause of the extreme gains. Reason being, I was taking such a small dose. 4ad was only to combat sides of m1t. The conversion rate of 4ad is only 15% so by taking 600mg per day, I was only getting 90mg of test. A truly effective dose of 4ad if you're taking it to be the main active hormone would be around 2g or so.
