Hey steve! My lifts aren't to good, once I looked around the site. :cry: My bench press is 260. I weigh about 160 during powerlifting. I have about 10 pouinds of football cushion(fat) on me right now. My squat sucks since I am recovering from a broken tibula. It's 420, and my deadlift is 450. Pounds of course.But since I play football I have to balance out speed training and powerlifting. My powerclean is 270. My snatch haha is 145. 8) I stick at it. I always try to stiff arm them. So how are your lifts? What you benching 550? |
