my diet is pretty good i've got a quite low cal diet, i'm eating alto of fish and chicken though for my protein as i'm still doing my weights, i alos have my protein shakes, usually have porridge or shredded wheat for breakfast then a protein sahke for a snkae for lunch i will have a mackrel bagel and have another protein shake between meals and for tea i have a chicken breast and some vegatables, and some natural yogurt for an evening snack.
on saturdays i have a massive bfast full of carbs |
