1. Your genetics
2. Your Total Calorie intake, and how these calories are made up
3. Your training, Finding a balance between over and undertraining.
4. Enhancing suppliments such as steroids or prohormones
There are other factors but you cant go wrong if you eat alot of calories with good quality lean proteins and great low glycemic carbs and DONT OVERTRAIN
