Default beginner

Im a beginner, sometimes I find it too hard to go on. I go to the gym and I look around all those big guys and I look at myself in the mirror, How long does it take to improve my body? I know its not easy to be in shape. Well, Ive lost a lot of weight, Im not fat and I was not fat before, it was only my belly, but anyway, Im 7 kg less than I was six months ago. Ive been training since june 2003, but I didnt take it too serious. This year I said to myself that I have to do better and Im really trying hard. im spending some money with my suplements that I find very important and I gave myself a free day, where I can eat some of my junk food. I keep on a serious diet monday to saturday , and sunday Im free but I just eat my favorite burguer king, and thats all. Thats it pals, thaks again, and I have my pics from when I started my work out and some from now, and I can see the improvements.Ill keep in touch because you knowm more than I do ,and I will follow your advice.
