agreement I agree, You may find that this is overtraining and one bodypart a week is ample.
Or as you are starting out you may find that training your upper body on monday, lower on wednesday, upper on friday then the next week Lower body on monday, upper on wednesday, lower on friday is a great start to buiding a good base and will increase mass and strength.
But if you follow this only give each bodypart 3 sets in a workout i.e 3 on chest 3 on back 3 on biceps etc.
And I agree with leg training, It is a MUST for anyone bodybuilding. It will help icrease upper bosy strength as it is a big muscle group and produces alot of chemicals.
