My training, is it ok to build muscles? Hi pals, Im new here and Im trying hard to improve my training. ive lost a lot of weight with a low fat diet. 3 months ago I started my training to build my muscles and get big.
mondays= chest, back and shoulders
tuesdays= cardio and abs
wednesdays=triceps and biceps
thrusdays=cardio and abs
fridays= chest, back and shoulders
Im not training legs at the moment because I want to get my upper body bigger than it is now. Im taking myoplex and myopro whey as my suplements. Im trying to eat , but I dont feel hungry at all, but Im trying my best. My arms are showing some improvement and I think I can do better if I eat more. what do you think pals? Am I doing it right? I really need some help here, thanks... |
