Heres the problem.....
You said you wanted to get slimer round the waist, ok thats no problem, need to loose some fat
But you also want some muscle mass!
No I'm sure i'll get some people saying its possible to do but IMO and most peoples opinions its not possible to loose fat whilst gaining muscle, or even if it was im think it would be slow process, as loosing fat requires reduced calories, and gaining muscle requires excess calories.
So personally I'd choose to try and bulk up a little, then loose the belly later! ______________________
