Steroids then is a defo NO NO so that is sorted.

As for the Protein I am not sure which one to purchase now as from whats been said the H&B stuff is no good.......what you lot use ?

What does Creatine actually do and could benefit from taking it ?

In terms of workout......I am 5ft 10 and weigh about 13.5 stone.....

I have a 35/36 waist and would like to reduce that to 33/34 !! What can I do there ?

What I want is to build my arms up forearm, bicep the whole arm as for my size my arms are quite small.....so some workout that will beef them up would be good !!

In other areas I would like some more mass......

What can you guys suggest for me in ref to all the above or is there no hope for !
