Don't get obsessed about taking protein shakes there not a wonder supplement, like i've seen many thinking, its just protein, some chicken turkey or steak would do just aswell, but your try eating and cooking that much a day!
Bump for Pete on Compound movements they are the way to go! No ponsy machines, learn the movements with free weights, and try and get someone to teach you good form on the exercises!
