Roids are not the way to go untill you have been training for at the very LEAST 3-4 years.
Let us know your goals & stats and we can give you a good structured training programme that will get you to your goals.
Pete was also right in that as you are a newbie you will get good results for the first 3-6 months by just going to the gym and working out some.
PS Forget Holland & Barratt, they sell complete crap stuff to people who have not idea what to do.
