1st off forget the steroids mate. Your not ready for that.
There are plenty of supplements to get thru before you need to be even thinking about roids.
Protein powder is much of a muchness imo, although there are loads of posts on which is cheapest/best etc. Have a read thru em.
As regards to your workout, u need to tell us what your aims are really.
U going for size or fitness mate? or both i suppose?
