i have done specific forearm work before now, i used to do wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, grip work. though now i feel that they get nailed enough with work from other upper body parts.
i asked the biggest guy i ever worked with what he did for forearms, he said "deadlifts". i didn't get it at the time, but then i started doing heavy deadlifts and i could see what he meant.
