Default Re: pain relief

Hello Vinger,

If the pain is not caused by an injury then traditionally Weight lifters/body builders used Deep Heat spray or cream, sometimes something that was called White Horse Linament was also used in the gym I went to years ago, the place stunk of that and sweat.

However it could be that you are deficient in a a couple of Vitamins, Minerals or Amino Acids though. Maybe not obvious, but another cause could be simply overtraining, too long sessions, too many sets, too many days a week and your body isn't recovering from each workout before it's hit by another. Could be... or it maybe a combination of all the above

Hope that is of some help.

Ive used nurofen for long periods of time before training but i dont think its good in the long run to be constantly masking pain.

Just wondering if anyone had any tips for post training pain relief.
