uncontrollable hunger ive been training 11 weeks now and I think my body wants me to consume more. It has become very inconveniant and I am sometime needing to have 7 meals a day. They can be fairly large meals sometimes like lasagne. I feel like a monster some days after consuming the whole fridge. Any ways to help this? or am i at the stage where I have to eat that much? any foods that will control my hunger for at least 2 hours? supplements? cheers
