Default What is the pain barrier

Pain is an alarm signal, it basically is a warning of excess muscle fatigue. You will have problems when stress is transferred from the muscle tissue to the tendon nerve receptors. In order to avoid any damage when this occurs, the "Golgi tendon organ" activates the "One B fibre" to shut off muscle contractions altogether. It is short and sweet, the moral of this little story is quite simple. Dont train for pain the damage it can/has incurred is not worth it.
