Hi mate, 19 NOR is one of the safest if not, the safest prohormones to use, as for age i think you have enough testosterone inside to keep you going for a good while yet tissue, i wouldnt take it if i where your age mate, simply because there is just no need, again like snake asked in the other forum, there have been no reports of side effects, like testicular shrinkage, breast enlargement etc. Overall it is very safe to use and as far as my research has got, i would have no hesitations in using it. Just stick to the basic supplements mate that is all you need to do at your age, i hope i have put your mind at rest.
