Dave, I am keeping my reps to 8 - 10 max. Seems to be doing the trick. Sometimes I do a tiny bit more weight than I can do lots of, and maybe get 4 - 6 reps on the heavier weight. I find that after a wee while, the heavier 4 - 6, becomes my 8 - 10 max sets, and so the process continues. Think thats an ok way to train?
