A challange for the lads and ladies !!!!!!!!!!! right i need to make a set meal\menu that i can make easily and eat 6 times a day and fit in my instant mass now as i am 6ft 3 and whey 12 stone i pack on size at a slow but steady speed but i rjust aint getting the size i need and i need it too be packed ful lof goodness like protine and loads of carbs shit loads lol any 1 can help it would be grate i cant think of anything gd that i could hve week in week out i i dnt get bored lol |
