Cheat Days? HI. I was wondering if having on junk binge a week would kill your progress. I have a fast metabolism (not rocket but fast enough) and if i have one, say, a chinese buffet, i will diet the next day. It gets rid of the excess carbs and fat stored but i suppose it takes up 2 days training. I was thinking of changing it to one day a month where i eat what i want, not binging the whole day but just not being strict. What are all of your thoughts on junk days, also, would one beer a week really make a difference. I read some info on alcohol and now i am really paranoid.
