no i dont recomend doing it before ya weights,youll find you will lose alot of strength.
i jog at about 5 in the morning and i weight train at about 1-30 in the day.
do them at seperate times if you can mate.
i work nights so it works out like i am doing it before i go to bed if you get what im saying
i go to sleep about 5.30 am and get up at 11.30 am
