Just eat Bro! 5 to 7 meals a day. fresh foods, about 1.5 grams of protein a day per pound of bodyweight and about 2 grams of carbs per pound of body weight a day...all split up into how ever many meals you eat. Stick with ffresh foods and lean meat and make sure to eat simple and complex carbs. you should do fine, dont worry about fats as long as you are eating lean meats and fresh foods. no fried crap or junk food.
