Either or really. Up to you. Personnaly id do lower for longer but short courses with short breaks are better for some. Just monitor how you go. Write everything down- food intake, weight gain, weights lifted, how you feel on each day, water intake, sleep pattern etc etc etc. If things start feeling not so good in a department, then you may want to change things.
