Im kinda tempted to say 'double it' as youll need 3000+ calories per day. A normal 'Joe' with an average lifestyle needs about 2500 (moderately active). Try some eggs as well in the morning. Its probably best to keep a diet diary for 3 days, writing everything down and choose a weekend day as well. Also write down alcohol consumption if you drink. Then take a good look at it and try and get it to 50% carbs/30% protein/20%fat and over 3000 kcals. Just avoid processed foods and high sugar/salt products. If your trainings right and consistent, youll get there. |
