Is that no milk at all? milk proteins? Or just no lactose?
I like to blitz up oats in a blender, then add a scoop of whey protein, a banana, and a tablespoon of honey (lower GI than sugar). If its all milk based products that you want to avoid buy an egg protein or soy supplement to go in it. Hope this helps.
