Calorie Count help please!!! Could anyone give me a rough idea of how many calories are in this diet please.....I don't have a clue! I really need to know as its the crux of my gaining/losing weight - and possibly losing muscle! And I don't want that :shock:

7.15am - Whey protein drink (90cals). Weetabix x3. Multi-vitamins and minerals. 1000mg Flaxseed Oil. 1 x Green Tea Extract. 3 x Creatine
10.30am - MRP drink (90cals)
1pm - Rice & 200g chicken breast
4pm - MRP drink (90cals)
6pm - Workout (20-30 minutes CV & 50 minutes weights)
7pm - 50g (two scoops) whey protein (180 cals) a glass of milk &
3 x Creatine
8-9pm - 2 pieces of fish (Tuna or Haddock) or 2 x chicken breasts with lots of vegetables
11pm - glass of milk before bed |
