I think my arms are gonna stay quite small until im about 19/20. MY chest is lagging because 7 out of the 10months i've been going to the gym, i never really trained it. Excuses, excuses. I'm not happy with the pictures at all, I think i need someone who's in the game to take them - which is near impossible in m.k.
