Cool board by the way. I have been hunting for a good mesage board that has good info. This one is just what I was looking for. Anyway, to answer your question about my calories intake - I am taking in approx 3000 cals a day. Is that too little? My metabolism is fasy and I do find it hard to gain lean muscle. When you say 'bulking', does that mean adding calores to my diet in order to add fat? I'm not to familiar with what bulking is. I've heard a few people trying to do it, and just winding up with a fat gut. What do you recommend?

youd probably be better going on a bulking phase first,
otherwise youll struggle to gain alot of muscle. |
