Hi everyone.
Just joined the board today and from what I've read so far, it sounds good!! I have been training 6 times a week for the past month or so and my aim is to reduce a slight amount of body fat around my naval, lean-up in general, and build some serious muscle - could do with a decent set of pecs!
Anyway, my plan of attack for all this is in 4 parts - exercise, diet, supplements & sleep. I am using all four to hopefully improve my physique.
My questions is tho, does anyone know when I will start to see some real results?
I am 80kg, eat 6 meals a day (plenty of protein and some carbs), loads of water, and use Nectar Whey Protein, together with complete multi-vitamins & mineral supplements. Also 1000mg of Flaxseed oil dailly too.
Was planning to use 1-AD for a month also. Any advice on all this? I realise this should probably be split amounst a couple of forums, but I'm new
