Beg, steal, borrow or do whatever to get yourself a Makro/ Cash + carry card. Buy things like tinned mackerel, sardines (loads omega polys). 20 g protein per can 30p.
They do a half fat cheese (not ideal but a more favourable fat content than peanut butter) 1 KG for 2.50!! |
