I agree with Ian, I wouldn't train arms that often, actually I wouldn't train anything that often! If your wanting to go to the gym 5 times a week I'd try this
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Quads, Hamstrings & Glutes
Thursday - Biceps & Triceps
Friday - Shoulders, Traps & Calves
Make sure your squatting, deadlifting & bench pressing and getting ample protein and sleep! ______________________
