I need everyones opion if he or she doesnt mind My routine is.........
Mon.......chest, tris, and shoulder (because when you work out your chest you are woking out your shoulders and tris. COrrect me if iam wrong ok anyone.
Tues..... back, biicepts
Wed..... tris
Thurs. .. Bicepts
Fri........... would be legs
Note: Mon through Fri i would always do abs
Sat. and Sun..... I am off resting from the gym
Now can anyone give me his or her opion on weather this is right or not to do
If it is not right than if you can, could you please give me a routine i coudl follow if you dont mind. Thank you. |
