i use a belt for just deadlifts and squats
i feel these are the only 2 exercises u need 1 on for,
my current deadlift is about 200kg for 12 reps,if i was to do this without a belt(which i have)
i get alot of problem the next few days
eg having to stop driving due to a backache
definately get a belt,
ive just got a cheap weider 1
and for your squats use knee wraps aswell |
