Default Deadlifts - Eccentric motion

Deadlifts ....


Stats

age- 17
Weight - 98kg
Sport - Rugby

I train with 6 sets of 6.... on about 160kg's .. i was wondering what u guys do when u lock u dead's out... Do you just drop the bar or do a slow controled lower.... In terms of my aims in training i am looking for mainly strength although i do some hypertrophy work...
