They are scammers.
Yes they do use recorded delivery, however they do not send the full order and then argue that you never ask for it. Once you start to complain they will threaten you and then - must admit I laughed at this one - ban you from using their service if you post on these boards! As I explained to them, no-one would go back after being ripped off! |
