hey tommo,
you could try side raises i find that when done really slowly with arms straight by your side, a dumbell in each hand slowly raising your arms up to 90 degrees so you arms and body make a t shape.

you dont have to go heavy on this concentrate on getting the form nice and slow dont rush to get your arms up and dont rush to bring them back again.

i also find that when i reach failiure on the last set, i pick up a lighter weight and push out a few more just to really feel the burn. (you can keep dropping weight till those puppies are ****ed)
