please help me out on a couple of training questions hi all,
I have just started weight training, im working a 3 day split routine and although i've only been doing it a few weeks i am already noticing really good gains. SO my advice to anyone just about to start, or considering getting into weights, is go for it, the satisfaction is well worth it.
I am, however still a novice and have a couple of questions:
Please can you give me advice on the perfect form/ technique of a shoulder press (or the most effective shoulder exercise you know of) because when i do it i dont really feel the strain (or burning sensation) in my shoulders, i feel it more in my arms. which makes me feel like i may be a little wrong in my technique, or maybe using to light or heavy weights, not really sure. Any advice would be great.
Also, should i be aching after a workout? Because i don't really. Which makes me feel like i should be pushing myself harder?? i always exercise untill i cant perfom another rep. No pain no gain as they say, is that correct?
