Hi guys. Since my last post i now weigh 15 stone 2 pounds or 210 pounds. But i now train each body part once a week instead of twice a week and am very pleased with my results. Im not exactly massive, but very athletic looking and not much sign of water retention( still got a six pack!). Also instead of 5 dbol a day, im now on 10, but still on 1ml of primo and 1ml of sust a week. I've got 4 weeks left of a 12 week course to do, and i plan to have approx 4 weeks off then start again. After speaking to my training partners at the gym they think i should do very well on a much stronger course, obviously i really want to bulk up a lot more but dont want to lose my athletic shape. Basically i dont want to become all bloated and full of water, but if this is unavoidable then i'll have to live with that. Anybody got any ideas or courses that have worked well for them? Any response will be greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work guys, still really enjoying the board. Cheers!
