The way i look at it is there loads of calories and carbs in food, theres plenty in the occasional beer i might treat myself too(or ten) so i would do better not too add any more through my fluid intake. Water raises your metabolism and helps fat burning, no calories and help de-tox the body. Its a winner all round and if you get used to it you can really like the taste ______________________
