Diet Coke/Pepsi does have very little calories (compared with other drinks fizzy or not i.e. squash) but if you are wanting to reduce calories and are drinking the diet coke/pepsi about 6+ times a day thats over 400 cals (in a drink) and that will be stored as fat if it isnt used for enegry by the body, so sticking to water (lots of it) is a better option as it's calorie free. Just add half a lemon (squeezed) to taste (if you like lemon of course). |
