 fizzy drinks-coke
I have heard that diet coke (and other diet fizzy drinks) shouldnt be drunk when cutting/dieting even though they are near calorie free- is this true? if so why?I'd love to be able to drink die coke if i cud get way with it!!! any ideas? |
