Do be careful though as most of the weight you'l gain will be fat. You need to eat roughly 500cals more than you are doing at the moment and train hard doing the right exercises (compound movments) and eating a clean diet.
Any food whether it is fat (most likely to be stored as fat), carbs (2nd most likely) or Protein (3rd most likely) will be turned into fat if eaten in excess. If you are eating to many calories from any of them groups you will gain excess fat.
I personally think it is better to gain slowy and (make sure most is muscle) than bulk fast and gain lots of fat.
