Eat like a pig! You can never have enough protein, and try not to miss a meal during the day if you can.
By eating the right food groups you will be able to put on weight whicle minimising the risk of getting fat.
Being as thin as you are you will have a fast motabolism, so make sure you eat a good 5-6 times a day, this is vital to maintain size and build. ______________________
