Hello Hey everybody great site, just wanna start by saying a feel a little out of my league talking to you guys.
Ive been training now for just over seven months. I dont really have much contact with other lifters cause i feel stupid just walking over and asking for tips.
anyway, Although i have noticed gains to my body i cant say that the gains stand out. I know the muscle has increased but there is no definition, is this normal for such a period of time or is there certain body types that dont show definition.
also what i wanted to know is the abreviations used on the site. As a new comer to such a scene i am unable to understand alot of what is said.
Such as eca stacks or pro-hormones, what is a pro-hormone. Hope i dont sound to stupid to you. Anyway cheers
