intro heya all guess i forgot to post an intro when i joined here, so here goes
i'm 28 6" 248lb's about 12-17% bf at moment been training for a few years hard out , sure does help when ur paid to workout, used to work for fitness first had a great training partner whom i worked with then meet my misses and moved countrys with her. let myself go and gained a shit load of bf. been doing a CKD along with T-3 clen and ECA stackers have dropped a bit of weight .. was 265lb's so i'm also using a bit of sus to stop my muscles wasting. getting hitched in august and want to look good for the photo's as they cost a damn fortune in this country hell everything costs heaps more here! nice people thou.
well onto training habits while on the ckd i do the three workouts a week monday, chest and tri's, tuesdays back, shoulders and biceps and wednesday legs and ab's regaining some of my lost strength and size.
