More information for us ladies I've been training on/off for 15 years now. I trained for a few years at a hard core gym where I was one of only 3 women. I always felt too intimidated to ask about "chemical enhancement" although it was obvious the other 2 had been on gear at some point. I am training, at present, at a regular gym, ie the kind where everyone goes to stretch for 10 mins, walk on the treadmill (whilst watching MTV) for 20 mins, lie on the the floor doing half-arsed sit-ups, then drink 2 litres of diet coke. I miss the hard core element but have a laugh at all the knob heads. I feel I've worked myself as hard as I can naturally. My diet is "by the book". I feel ready to try getting to the next level with a little help. I've managed to locate all the steroids suitable for women but can't seem to be able to discover dosages. Can anyone help?
