Hiya mate

The snatch is basically a lift from the floor to above your head in one move.

The clean is a bit more technical, try rolling it from your legs to your upper chest. You should be using middle chest, arms and fore arms for this. Rolling to the top of your chest and then press it cleanly above your head.

I used to do the clean and jerk when I was younger and there are some techniques you can pick up!!
