how to gain on the loglift hey all
one of the guys down the gym has recently bought a metal log,
it weighs 60kg,so had a few attemts at it,im finding that i can press the weight above my head ok,
im struggling getting the weight up to the upper chest(i think they call this the snatch bit) and its holding me back.i no i can press more than i can snatch easy
does anyone out there have any ideas on getting better at the snatch part.
