I couldn't agree more with Bungee and steve, you are not too old to start, and identifying where you want to go is the first step.
I started to lose weight and to build up my self-confidence, its worked and 10 months later Im still training as hard as possible.
I would suggest that when you have your goals set, come back to us and have a look round the forum for advice, we are here to help, so by all means keep coming back to us!
